In 1995, Sibylle Breitbach opened the artist management agency WASTED MANAGEMENT in Cologne - an agency with a universal service, which developed over a period of time. The catalyst being the intense working relationship between Sibylle Breitbach and her first client, Heike Makatsch.

Experience of clients and agent is pooled, and this close co-operation gives the agency its unique style.

WASTED MANAGEMENT currently represents the actresses Heike Makatsch, Sibel Kekilli, Alexandra Neldel as well as the TV presenter/author Tine Wittler.

Sibylle Breitbach handles the publicity for the photographer Mat Hennek (www.mat-hennek.com), who is based in Switzerland.

Agent and client work hand in hand as equal partners, taking dreams, hopes and goals and turning them, with combined effort and a well developed strategy, into successful projects.

Marketing ability, good publicity, personal advice and intensive discussions with clients about plans and projects are an equally important part of Sibylle Breitbach´s input, as well as contracting and maintaining relationships with casting and publicity agents, journalists, producers and directors.

In 2005 Sibylle Breitbach co-produced an international film called "Rohtenburg" in co-operation with Marco Weber, Senator Film L.A., (directed by Martin Weisz and starring Thomas Kretschmann, Keri Russell).

Projects, such as publicity for Jasmin Tabatabai´s music events in 2002/2003, or the publicity co-ordination for Robbie Williams´ 2003 and 2006 German concerts give an insight into the many facets of WASTED MANAGEMENT.

The everyday running of WASTED MANAGEMENT is in the capable hands of Beatrix Scherff. As Head of Office and Personal Assistant to Sibylle Breitbach, she ensures that all projects are co-ordinated and run according to plan.

WASTED MANAGEMENT works with the Actors agency Independent Talent Group Limited (formerly ICM) in London.

Over and above the usual responsibilities of an agent is Sibylle Breitbach´s ability to discover dormant and often unexpected talents in her clients. Her overriding interest is to accompany them along a sometimes new and surprising path to a successful future.
